Indigo Slate: Digital marketing services

A quick on-boarding and I’m off, writing anything from video scripts to PowerPoints, website copy to tag lines. I work with a team of designers, researchers, creative directors, and strategists to create stories that trigger buy-in at the highest levels. Recent work includes landing page and website copy for a software company’s B2B cloud-based digital services and a kick-off video for a telecom company’s internal initiative. Clients include Microsoft, Rolls-Royce, T-Mobile, GSK, and WatchGuard.

 
 

Teague: design & innovation consulting

I help my team communicate their design and research work in a way that clearly and immediately connects with their client–like a Rosetta Stone that translates for engineers and designers. Recent work includes creating a microsite for our client to share the results of a year-long, Teague-led project within their organization to secure continued funding and support. I coordinated with graphics to balance visual and written story-telling and wrote all post and navigation copy. Most of my work lives behind NDAs, but here’s a public facing website I wrote. Clients include Boeing & Microsoft.

 
 

Live Marketing: event marketing

The pandemic forced a fast pivot to digital events for Live Marketing. I script virtual experiences to land as profoundly as they would IRL. A big part of that is incorporating the voices of key stake holders by crafting questions that elicit money answers, then purposefully arranging their words into stories that meaningfully connect with their audiences. Clients include Philips and Boston Scientific.

Our ongoing work includes onboarding and retaining customers with a concise, helpful, and relevant content and building out the AM Journal as a go-to destination for those who love a life well-lived at home. Here are some examples of our work.

 

Ghost design lab: Design studio

Over 20 people contributed to the writing of this 68 page impact report for a global CPG company, outlining their efforts to reduce the spread of mosquito-borne disease. My challenge as the copyeditor was to unify it with one voice that spoke to the targeted audience honestly, clearly, and without leaning on empty jargon. Here’s a little of the report.
